Abstract: The accessible websites can help disabled people to be more involved in society and to enjoy new opportunities for information, education, employment, trade and recreation. This paper presents some aspects of the practical implementation of an assistive software tool for blind, through interconnection of Web and Text-To-Speech (TTS) technologies in order to convert texts from websites into speech.
