Title: The Conjugation of the Periphery Constraint Pairs with Roller and Groove

Abstract: The swinging bevel gear transmission is a new kind of planetary transmission with approximately multiple teeth engagement. At present, the spherical spline, barrel gearing and elastic connections are often used as periphery constraint pairs. The main short backs of them are low load capacity, easy to wearing, and short service life. Recently, there is a new kind of periphery constrains pairs with roller and groove. It can serve both as constraint pair and output mechanism. The constraint is simple and easy to manufacture, little additional radius dimension is needed. The roller can use needle bearing, the working surface of groove was hardened, and the load capacity is increased apparently.
