Title: Propeller Aerodynamic Forces in Various Flight States
Author(s): Jaroslav Salga   Jiří Å véda

Abstract: The following article deals with analyses of aerodynamic forces on the propeller in various flight states, including those which may happen in the case of engine failure during the flight. The analyses are concentrated on the V 518 X 16 propeller constructed at ARTI (The Czech Airplane Research and Testing Institute) for the planned development of new power unit.

Keywords: propeller aerodynamics, propeller charts, propeller states, propeller thrust, braking force.
