Title: Experimental Studies on the Fatigue Crack Propagation in Aircraft Riveted Joints
Author(s): Daniela BartiÅŸ   Anca LupaÅŸ

Abstract: The riveted joints are structural elements which can cause risks especially because of the stress distribution near rivet hole. This work proposes to describe the process of the realization of a device which allows the execution of the fatigue tests on several proof samples, made of assembled elements by rivets of various types and various dimensions.

Keywords: fatigue, rivets, crack, damage, tests, failure.
