Prospective authors are invited to submit papers that fit within the scope of the journal.

The articles submitted for publication in the MTA Review must be original and not previously published. However, the Editorial Board can select papers presented at international scientific conferences to be published in a revised and extended form.

Papers should be written in English and submitted in final camera-ready form via e-mail to mta.review@mta.ro. You are kindly advised to use our Microsoft Word Template for editing your submission, as you have nothing to change in terms of paper and text format. Simply applying the styles defined here will be sufficient.

A Copyright Transfer Form should accompany your submission. Authors are responsible for obtaining any security clearances. All authors have to personally sign the copyright transfer form - with no exceptions. The signed copyright form has to be scanned and sent via e-mail.

The submitted articles are independently evaluated by minimum two reviewers (scientific experts recognized in the respective field). Each paper is reviewed with regard to: the scientific level, topicality, originality, the validity of the conclusions, the impact in the respective field, the relevance of the cited references. The peer-review process is double blinded: the reviewers do not know who the authors are, and the authors do not have access to the information of who the peer-reviewers are.
The approval of a language reviewer is also required.
